Rudolph is the most famous reindeer of all, and with good reason. His shiny red nose, which the other reindeers teased him about, is the very thing that saves the day. Rudolph is a reminder to celebrate what makes each of us unique.

These Rudolph ornaments are easy to make. They’re perfect for a class project or fun crafternoon with the family.

What you’ll need

  • Tan felt
  • Brown felt
  • Red felt
  • Scissors
  • Candy Canes
  • Ribbon
  • Glue

How to make it

  1. Cut a 4 inch by 4 inch square out of tan and brown felt. Cut a circle out of red felt. Cut two small circles out of brown felt.
  2. Place brown and tan squares on top of one another. Rotate squares to form a diamond. Loop a piece of ribbon and tuck inbetween squares at the top most corner. Pin the ribbon in place if you’re sewing it together.
  3. Sew or glue around edge of felt. Leave a 1 inch gap on each side of diamond 1/2 inch down from the top most point.
  4. Glue on eyes and nose.
  5. Tuck a candy cane into each opening. Hang.
